10 Tips for Healthy Weight Loss

I recognize that weight loss can be difficult. But following these 10 tips for healthy weight loss is the best way to lose weight.


  1. Avoid bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, and other starches.
  2. Drinking eight glasses of water a day helps promote weight loss.Eliminate desserts and other sugars.
  3. Eat protein with every meal and snack.
  4. Select lean protein sources such as chicken, turkey, fish, and tofu.
  5. Focus on fiber-rich, colorful vegetables and fruits.
  6. Eat a large salad with lunch and dinner.
  7. Incorporate 30 minutes of moderate exercise most days of the week.
  8.  Drink at least eight glasses of water a day.
  9. Keep an eye on portion sizes.
  10. Try the mini-fast with exercise, which, I believe, is the best way to lose weight.
