Nothing says down-home cookin’ like BBQ chicken. While heating up the “barbie” and grilling outdoors is a great way to prepare chicken, here’s an easy, oven-baked BBQ chicken recipe you can use in case of bad weather or at any time of the year. Best of all, this healthy recipe is finger-lickin’ good.

Easy Baked BBQ Chicken

Serves 4

Olive oil spray

1 pound chicken breast, skinless, boneless, cut into 4 pieces

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

1 medium green pepper, chopped

¾ cup barbecue sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray bottom of an 8 x 8 inch baking pan with olive oil spray. Place chicken in prepared dish.
