Diabesity Challenge: Take a Glycine Supplement

Benefits of a Glycine Supplement

In other words, a glycine supplement helps you keep your appetite in check, burn fat and still have energy to get your morning exercise!

A glycine supplement also reduces inflammation and protects against glycation, a destructive process that contributes to diabetes-associated damage to the eyes, kidneys and other organs.

While it’s not critical that you take a glycine supplement as part of my Diabesity Challenge, it can really help support your weight-loss efforts.

The suggested dose is 5 g of glycine supplement mixed in water prior to exercise in the morning. You can find a glycine supplement in health-food stores or from the Whitaker Wellness Clinic.

I hope this information helps you as you continue your weight loss journey. Have another great week and keep up with the program … it works!
