We’re in the thick of the holiday season, and eggnog, hot toddies, and champagne abound. Why not ring in the New Year with one of the options below. These non-alcoholic alternatives will allow you to be a part of the festivities—without the extra calories or the hangover.

  • Try mineral water or club soda with a splash of cranberry juice or a lemon or lime twist.
  • Have alcohol-free versions of your favorite drink, such as a “Virgin Mary" (an alcohol-free Bloody Mary) or virgin daiquiri.
  • Opt for tea or coffee.

Going without alcohol will allow you to be the designated driver—and you won’t have to worry about the extra sugar and calories.
