- Have alcohol-free versions of your favorite drink, such as a “Virgin Mary" (an alcohol-free Bloody Mary) or virgin daiquiri.
- Opt for tea or coffee.
Going without alcohol will allow you to be the designated driver—and you won’t have to worry about the extra sugar and calories.
