Though the mini-fast with exercise protocol isn't a diet per se, you should still make the right food choices for best results.
Here you’ll find links to the dietary guidelines I recommend for everyone on this program. (These recommendations are particularly important if you also have blood sugar concerns.) Follow them diligently, and you’ll be well your way on the road to success.
