This coating meets and exceeds the US FDA and LFGB requirements, and because it’s ceramic, Euro Cuisine does not give off any toxic gases when being heated.

Cookware that contains nonstick coatings such as Teflon commonly release a toxic compound called perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) into the air when heated and can be harmful to your health. Each Euro Cuisine set includes pots and pans in sizes that are practical and sure to meet your needs. They’re safe to use with most utensils (except those with sharp cutting edges).

Please note that this cookware is designed to work with gas, electric, induction, and ceramic ranges only. The manufacturers are working to develop a line that will work with induction stoves, and we’ll be sure to let you know when it’s ready.
