Energizing CoQ10 Delivers Critical Cardiovascular Support

BioActive Q® supports your heart's energy output and enhances your overall energy levels, stamina, immune system, and cellular health. The secret is its potent, natural form of CoQ10 paired with another powerful antioxidant, alpha lipoic acid. BioActive Q's two powerful antioxidants, including a significantly more bioavailable form of CoQ10, help support and maintain…

  • Increased cellular energy production in the mitochondria
  • Physical energy, healthy blood oxygen levels, and stamina
  • Overall cardiovascular health and function and immune health
  • Normal blood pressure levels

The key to heart health your doctor may be missing

Your doctor probably hasn't mentioned this, so I will: With every heartbeat, your natural supply of ubiquinol (CoQH210) goes down. This is a serious issue because your body requires ubiquinol. Furthermore, it's more of a concern after the age of 50, and if you're taking statins. You see, ubiquinol drives ATP production—your body's primary fuel—and nothing in your body eats up more ATP fuel than your heart.

I developed BioActive Q with the highly potent ubiquinol—the most active and charged form of CoQ10 that your body needs and uses. It delivers superior absorption compared to inactive ubiquinone CoQ10 so you soak in more ubiquinol throughout your body, especially your heart. And this heart health supplement includes DHLA, the active and charged form of the antioxidant alpha lipoic acid, which replenishes ubiquinol from the inactive CoQ10 form for greater, longer-lasting support.

Why ubiquinol is better

CoQ10 can exist in three forms: ubiquinone (CoQ10), semiquinone (CoQH10), and ubiquinol (CoQH210). Although they have different scientific abbreviations, all of these forms can be referred to as CoQ10.

While each of these CoQ10 forms play a role in the production of cellular energy, the body must first spend energy to convert ubiquinone and semiquinone into ubiquinol in order to generate cellular energy. Without this energy-consuming conversion, your body cannot produce or sustain energy levels and you will not achieve the maximum benefits. This CoQ10 supplement contains the already charged ubiquinol form readily available for your body and DHLA that can recharge and replenish ubiquinol. That's why I wouldn't settle for anything but ubiquinol.

The combination of ubiquinol and DHLA can't be beat

I've paired this highly active ubiquinol with DHLA, the doubly charged form of alpha lipoic acid (ALA). It's like getting rechargeable batteries with a free charger! Ubiquinol and DHLA are an unbeatable antioxidant team; that's because DHLA converts your body's "run down" ubiquinone form back into an energy generator and antioxidant. This means strong cells for healthy aging.

Go beyond heart health

Ubiquinol promotes a healthy cardiovascular system, and supports the endothelial cells that line your arteries and control the relaxation of your blood vessels. Ubiquinol supports these cells and this all-important function. Ubiquinol also helps maintain normal blood pressure and lipoprotein(a), or Lp(a), levels. Lp(a) is a type of cholesterol that's similar to LDL cholesterol, and you need to keep it in check.

Science and Quality

Why BioActive Q is critical if you're

Watching your blood sugar

Yes, CoQ10 is one of the most important nutrients for overall heart health. But did you know it's even more critical if you have blood sugar issues? CoQ10 helps to produce energy within the mitochondria of cells. And it helps promote arterial health, especially important to manage if you have blood sugar concerns. What's more, studies have shown that some statins can raise blood sugar levels. On the other hand, my highly effective BioActive Q 30 mg can be taken safely without unwanted side effects.

Taking a statin

Studies have shown that statins can drop CoQ10 levels by as much as 40%. So if you are on a statin, you're depleting your body's CoQ10 supply and should start supplementing to replenish your levels. Statins are unquestionably effective at lowering cholesterol, but they take your CoQ10 levels down with it. I strongly recommend that anyone on a statin take a minimum of 60 mg but, preferably, 200 mg of ubiquinol CoQ10 daily.
