Tasty tuna in a tomato shell
- 2 whole tomatoes, red ripe, beefsteak-type
- 6 ounces (1 small can) chunk light tuna in water, drained
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/3 cup chopped dill pickle
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
Cut the tops off the tomatoes and scoop out the insides with a spoon.
Place the tuna in a bowl and gently stir in remaining ingredients until well mixed. Spoon into tomato shells and serve.
