Just Say No to Diet Drugs

I am often asked which diet drugs I recommend to patients trying to lose weight, and my advice is simple: None. And the reason? They are often dangerous for your health.

Instead of looking for a magic bullet, try improving your diet and exercising more. You should also focus on supplements that help curb appetite and burn fat such as glycine, Brindall Trim, and Metabolic Essentials. I’ll talk more about these supplements in a future blog.
