My Easy & Healthy Salad Recipe

I can’t count how many people have told me they buy lettuce or other vegetables only to have them go bad in the fridge. That’s because healthy salad recipes are often seen as boring and bland. The trick to eating more veggies is to change it up.

My Southern Sunrise Salad recipe gives you fiber-rich, leafy greens along with heart-healthy ingredients like olive oil, almonds, walnuts and more. Plus, this healthy salad recipe is easy to make. You can even put the chicken on the grill, so you don’t need to heat up the kitchen.
