Recipes for Diabetes: Creamy Smoked Salmon

Creamy Smoked Salmon
Serves 6
4 ounces smoked salmon
8 ounces nonfat cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
2 tablespoon green onions, minced
½ teaspoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Blend all ingredients well with a fork.
Shape into a log or place in a serving dish. Keeps in refrigerator for a week.
