Recipes for Diabetes: Creamy Smoked Salmon

Forget about bagels and lox. This recipe gives you the wonderful flavor of smoked salmon without the insulin spike of the bagel. Enjoy with sliced cucumbers or celery sticks. Creamy Smoked Salmon
Serves 6

4 ounces smoked salmon
8 ounces nonfat cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
2 tablespoon green onions, minced
½ teaspoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Blend all ingredients well with a fork.

Shape into a log or place in a serving dish. Keeps in refrigerator for a week.
