To enter, complete the online entry form and click “Enter Now” by the deadline stated. Sweepstakes begins 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on 06/01/08, and ends 11:59 PM ET 06/30/08 (“entry period”). Odds of winning dependent upon number of entries received.

All entries submitted by 11:59 PM ET 06/30/08 have an equal chance to win. Winners will be determined in a random drawing to be conducted on or about July 1, 2008, under the supervision of Venable, LLC, who are not affiliated with Healthy Directions, LLC. The prize drawing will be held in the Healthy Directions, LLC offices at 7811 Montrose Road, Potomac, MD 20854. Decisions of Venable, LLC are final and binding. Winners will be notified by electronic mail promptly after the drawing and will be featured online at DrWhitaker.com, and prizes will be awarded within 60 days of the drawing. All taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winners.
