The Ear, Nose, and Throat Defense works great. It won't prevent a cold/virus, but it will minimize the side effects. I would give 5 stars, except the product is very wastefully packaged. The 60 lozenges take up less than half the bottle and the rest of the bottle is filled with a thick wad of cotton. I would prefer a smaller bottle with less wasted space or the current bottle with 120 lozenges.
It works...in the year since I started using it, I have had only one brief episode of having my nose plugged up, where I had frequent longer episodes before. I am definitely happier as a result! My very skeptical brother who had worse symptoms than me finally tried it, and now he is a believer too!
I am very pleased with the product having been used it for more than two years.It delivers what is says. I breathe easy, which improves my sleep, and it gives me fresh breath , giving me a clean feeling in my mouth.I am normally very skeptic about anything I buy but I recommend this product without reservation. Just try it .It is not expensive; most of all if you buy it when they have special offers.
Due to Glaucoma, I cannot use nasal sprays except Saline ones. I cannot use decongestants either because of my eye condition. Your product has really helped me to minimize my symptoms of sinus and allergies which have plagued me for years. I tried just one pill a day for thirty days. I've had sinus surgery, allergy shots, medications and anything else that could be used. This has kept me well through the times I usually have infections.

My husband and I have dealt with persistent, nagging sinus issues for many many years. Within a few days after starting this product -- at 4/day it was completely cleared up. We dropped back to twice a day and now I take one and my husband two a day. I got coxkt and stopped paying attention to taking them and missed a few days. Other ingredients: Lactitol, inulin, microcrystalline cellulose, dextrose, fructose, natural strawberry flavor, stearic acid, citric acid, guar gum, natural vanilla flavor, stevia
CONTAINS: MILK
‡Contains one billion live bacteria when manufactured and provides an effective level until at least the expiration date.
Dosage:
let 1 lozenge dissolve in your mouth and then swallow once daily. For additional immune support take 1 lozenge four times daily.
