Just had my bloodwork at my doctors office and my AIC is down to 5.9. 7 months ago it was 8.6. My cholesterol went from 259 down to 199 and my triglycerides went from 576 down to 410 and I attribute this to Berberine and Omega 3 defense. Thanks Dr. Whitaker for you awesome products.

I took Berberine for only 1.5 months and took my blood test and I was AMAZED that my Cholesterol dropped down to 194; 101 LDL and 93 HDL. It was previously 215 and before that 235. I was exasperated because I was very careful with my diet and nothing helped until I read your article on Berberine and now I have my brother trying it also.

After taking Berberine for 3 months my AIC, HDL and LDL levels improved significantly. My doctor said "whatever you are doing, keep doing it." The only changes I made was to start Berberine.

I was taking glucose essential for my blood sugars. I am prediabetic. H1ac got up to 5.8. They have been trying to declare me diabetic. I' added berberine and that didn't fit well. My chest was uncomfortable. I stopped the berberberine and took only the glucose essentials. Still not satisfied. I stopped the glucose essential and started the berberine. I love it. My sugar addiction is decreasing and it does wonders with controling my blood sugar. Can't wait to get my next H1ac.

For the past year I have been trying different supplements for my diabetes. Initially they took my fasting numbers down, probably because I lost 17 pounds. My wait didn't creep back up but my fasting number did. So 3 months ago I started on Berberine and I am now having great results. I would recommend anyone with diabetes give it a try before prescripion drugs. I went down that path for 6 years and felt lousy.
