Success Stories From Health & Healing Subscribers

More than 15 years ago, James B. of Wisconsin weighed 327 pounds. He drank too much, was completely inactive, developed diabetes, and had to take medication to control it. Then he started reading Health & Healing and decided to make some changes in his life. He gave up booze, began exercising, changed his eating habits, and started taking nutritional supplements. Today James weighs 185 pounds, and his diabetes is under control—without medication.

Marlene A. of Michigan was told by her doctor that her high cholesterol (373) and triglycerides (429) were “inherited.” He prescribed a cholesterol-lowering statin drug, and scoffed at the idea that low thyroid, which she had read about in Health & Healing, might be a factor.

Convinced that her thyroid was at the root of her symptoms, Marlene found a new doctor. He took her off her cholesterol drug and started her on low-dose natural thyroid, niacin, antioxidants, and garlic. One year later, her “inherited” cholesterol was 198 and her triglycerides were 64! She reported, “Because I was armed with information, I was able to control my treatment.”

These are just two examples of how ordinary people are taking my advice to heart and making remarkable differences in their lives.  If they can do it, so can you.
