One of my core recommendations for blood sugar support is the trace mineral, vanadyl sulfate. It mimics the action of insulin, helping to usher glucose into your cells and steady your blood sugar and A1C levels.

In one study, subjects experienced greater insulin sensitivity and glucose uptake, with a 15% decrease in fasting glucose levels.
