My husband takes this and he seems to have more energy for work and home than he did before when just using store bought ones and guessing the amounts to use.
We like the Forward Gold with one exception, we have to supplement a B Complex. Otherwise we have sore corners of our mouths.
I have been taking your products for almost 20 years, starting with Forward and Forward Plus. Just this year I ordered the Forward Gold. I can't find another product that beats this one.
