Zesty Cottage Cheese

A different way to serve cottage cheese 

Serves 4

  • 1 ½ cups low fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup radishes, chopped
  • ¼ cup green chiles, canned, drained, and chopped

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well, cover, and refrigerate for at least two hours.

Per Serving: 69 calories; 1g fat; 11g protein; 4g carbohydrate; trace dietary fiber; 4mg cholesterol; 347mg sodium
