A different way to serve cottage cheese
- 1 ½ cups low fat cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons red onion, chopped
- ¼ cup radishes, chopped
- ¼ cup green chiles, canned, drained, and chopped
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well, cover, and refrigerate for at least two hours.
